Shipments
The products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the moment of the order.Shipping starts after we have received confirmation of the transaction by the PayPal circuit. For our shipments, we entrust ourselves to qualified express courier services in order to assure the quality of the service and to preserve the integrity of the products. Madame Corinne Srl has the right, at its sole discretion, to deliver the products ordered by means of a carrier chosen by them. Between the date of dispatch of the products and the day of their delivery to the customer usually pass from 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination. The islands and the localities that are difficult to be reached generally require a few more days. The delivery is considered as performed from the time in which the Product is delivered to the Customer. The delivery document released by the courier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery of the Product, will constitute a proof of transport and release of the good
Deliveries to the floor Deliveries are intended exclusively to street level: couriers do not deliver to the floor.
Precautions for the Customer
At the time of delivery, the Customer must verify the content, the conformity and the condition of the products. Therefore, at the time of delivery, Madame Corinne Srl recommends the Customer to verify the status of the products delivered before to sign an acknowledgement of receipt, and in particular that the packaging is intact, not damaged nor wet or otherwise altered, and to check the integrity of the content. In the event of tampering and/or breakages of the packages the Customer must write in a detailed manner the damage reported on the receipt of the courier in the section "GOODS INSPECTION". Once the Customer receives the material and ascertains the presence of a damage due to transport, he is obliged to report it within 5 (five) days the from receipt of the goods in accordance with the procedures provided for in the section. The Customer Service may request photographic documentation of the packaging received as well as of the damage found. If the document of the courier is signed without any "reserve", the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of the goods delivered..
Payments
The payment of the amount is due from the moment of the order.The Customer can pay the order as proposed on the website in the section Method of Payment and more precisely by PayPal. (The Customer guarantees to Madame Corinne Srl the fact of arranging any necessary permissions to use the mode of payment by PayPal in the order phase).
Within the meaning of the Code of Consumption (Art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005) the Customer, whether he qualifies as "consumer" (a person who acts for purposes unrelated to business, commercial, craft or professional activity possibly carried out), has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the Products ordered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 working days starting from the time of receipt of the products themselves.
The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article should be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter to: Madame Corinne Srl - Piazza Mazzini 11 - 47030 - San Mauro Pascoli (FC) - Italy within the term of 10 working days from the time of receipt of the products.
All returns (that must be perfectly kept) should be authorized by the Customer Service. Once the return is authorized, the customer can return the product to the following address: Madame Corinne Srl - Piazza Mazzini 11 - 47030 - San Mauro Pascoli (FC) - Italy. Parcels in cash upon delivery will not be accepted.
Once the Products have been received (and their integrity has been verified) Madame Corinne Srl will provide, in the shortest possible time, to credit the customer the cost of the Products returned with the procedures laid down in point Reimbursement Methods: "Charge-back on Paypal account or credit card". In the event of withdrawal, the shipping cost of the return of the Products will remain the responsibility of the customer. Any responsibility in case of loss or damage of the products during transportation is therefore charged to the customer. Once the return will be received, the status of goods will be verified, and if the return will be accepted, a re-crediting of the Paypal account or of the credit card will be carried out. In the event of withdrawal, even the outward shipping cost of the Products will remain the responsibility of the customer.
In the withdrawal period 8 the Customer is responsible of the products as custodian. In the case of damage to or destruction of the Product during the custody of the customer, the right of withdrawal shall forfeit.
